1. Honda Civic
The quintessential Canadian success story, Honda's Civic, proudly rolls off the Alliston assembly line. Honda has produced close to 12 million Civics in North America. Drivers can select from multiple drive modes, including ECON for better fuel efficiency and Sport for dynamic handling.
2. Toyota RAV4
Did you know Cambridge-built RAV4s travel to 56 different countries? Toyota's investment in Woodstock created this marvel back in 2008. Now employing over 8,000 Canadians, the facility produces roughly 1,200 cars daily. The plant has also won multiple J.D. Power quality awards.
3. Chevrolet Silverado
The 2025 Silverado 1500 production started in late August 2024 at Oshawa, alongside production at GM’s Fort Wayne (Indiana) and Silao (Mexico) plants. One of its many engine options is a 2.7L four-cylinder turbocharged engine. Eight-speed and ten-speed automatic transmissions are available.

4. Chrysler Pacifica
Featuring the industry's first plug-in hybrid minivan powertrain, this Windsor-built family hauler has garnered over 140 industry awards since its 2017 introduction. The current generation Chrysler Pacifica, which replaced the Town & Country minivan, began production in 2016, possessing a best-in-class towing capacity of 1,633 kg.

5. Dodge Charger Daytona EV
Windsor's automotive future hums with electricity as Stellantis' first all-electric muscle car emerges from Canadian soil. The Charger Daytona EV delivers around 670 horsepower from its Banshee powertrain. It also provides fast charging capabilities, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 3.3 seconds.
6. Lexus NX
This country’s skilled workforce handles everything from stamping to final assembly. The NX shares Toyota's state-of-the-art production line with other models, showcasing manufacturing flexibility and a human-centered interior design. It seats five passengers comfortably, with a cargo space of around 22.7 to 23 cubic feet.

Alliston's second production line crafts Honda's bestselling SUV. The 2025 Honda CR-V comes with a 1.5-litre turbocharged inline 4-cylinder engine producing 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). Plus, the car offers Real Time AWD.

8. Lexus RX
Luxury arrives with a Canadian passport in every Lexus RX. The Cambridge facility was Toyota's first luxury vehicle plant outside Japan, breaking ground in 2003. Meticulous attention to detail defines production, where each vehicle undergoes 1,800 quality checks before leaving the line.
9. Toyota RAV4 Hybrid
Toyota's electrified RAV4 mirrors Canadian manufacturing's technological evolution. The hybrid powertrain integration requires specialized assembly processes unique to this Ontario facility. It is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder Atkinson-cycle engine combined with three electric motors, delivering approximately 219 horsepower.
10. Lexus RX 350h
This North American beast combines refined performance, advanced technology, and premium features with superb quality. The RX 350h achieves an impressive estimated 36 mpg combined (37 mpg city, 34 mpg highway), making it one of the more fuel-efficient options in its class.
11. Lexus NX 350

16. Chevrolet Silverado HD ZR2

17. Lincoln Nautilus

18. Honda Civic Hybrid
The Civic Hybrid possesses Honda’s advanced fourth-generation two-motor hybrid system paired with a 2.0-litre Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine. While the hybrid powertrain’s major components, including the engine and transmission, are manufactured in Ohio, the final assembly of this sedan now takes place in Canada.
19. Mustang GTD
Key elements of the Mustang GTD include an 815-horsepower 5.2-litre supercharged V8 engine, a top speed of around 325 km/h (202 mph), and advanced race-derived technologies such as carbon fiber body components. The car is designed as a “race car for the road.”
20. Chrysler Voyager
Here comes another affordable family hauler that shares underpinnings with its upscale Pacifica sibling. It shows off a front-wheel drive with a smooth-shifting 9-speed automatic transmission. The Voyager is driven by a 3.6-liter V6 engine pumping out 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque.
